Return and exchange eligibility
We accept eligible returns for defective and non-defective merchandise and also accept exchanges. Non-defective reasons include a changed decision, personal preference, or choosing the wrong product.
Condition and 30-day window
A non-defective item must be new, unused, and in original condition with packaging, tags, and included accessories intact. Submit the request within 30 days after delivery.
Defects and order errors
Damage, a defect, a wrong shipment, missing parts, or a material description mismatch may qualify. Include the order number, checkout email, explanation, and product and package photos or video.
Mailing and resolution
Do not mail an unauthorized return. Approved items go back by mail with the free label included in the package; no restocking fee applies. Exchanges depend on inventory, and approved refunds return to the original method within 10 days.
