Dispatch and travel estimates
We ordinarily prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. The carrier then needs an estimated 3–5 business days for transit; neither estimate guarantees a particular delivery date.
Checkout details
Checkout identifies the available services, charges, and any qualifying free-shipping offer. A correct street address, email, and telephone number are needed for fulfillment and tracking notices.
Tracking and exceptions
Tracking is provided when released by the carrier. For delay, loss, a delivered scan without receipt, or damage, send the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, and photographs when relevant.
Service boundaries
Product, destination, carrier, or legal restrictions may limit service. An investigation can extend resolution time while the order evidence and available remedy are reviewed.
